Annual Forms (due January 31)
• Complete all required volunteer forms each year by January 31.
• These are for records only, stored securely and confidentially, and destroyed when you leave.
• You may view the forms or use the button to complete and submit them.
• If forms are not received by the deadline, your volunteer role may be temporarily suspended until submitted.
Criminal Reference Check with Vulnerable Sector (if required)
• Apply as soon as possible and submit the completed check by March 31.
• Your role will be suspended until a current check is on file.
• You are responsible for tracking the expiry—reminders are not sent.
