CALENDAR AND SCHEDULING

Schedules are created three times per year.
Availability must be submitted by the deadlines listed below.
You may submit availability for the full calendar year.
Do not submit availability that conflicts with a posted schedule.
Schedules will be posted one month before the scheduling period begins.
Volunteers must confirm their schedule within two weeks of it being posted.
If your availability changes, notify Victoria Melo as soon as possible.
Volunteers are encouraged to arrange shift coverage when possible and must notify Victoria of any changes.
Last-minute cancellations should be limited to urgent or unforeseen circumstances.
