The CLEAR (Controlling and Learning about your Emotions, Anger, and Reactions) program is a four-session workshop series designed for youth ages 12–17. Facilitated by Youth Workers, it helps young people understand anger, develop coping skills, and learn healthy ways to express emotions.
WHO IS THE PROGRAM FOR?

Youth ages 12–17 in Durham Region

Young people who want to better understand and manage their anger and emotions
- Youth required to complete an Anger Management program for court
WHAT WE OFFER

Four weekly sessions (Thursday evenings, 6:00–7:30 PM, on Zoom)

Guidance on recognizing anger triggers and body responses

Tools for expressing emotions safely and constructively

Strategies to manage anxiety, depression, and stress linked to anger

- Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email which includes the dates and times of the sessions
- The day of the first session, you will receive a link to login – this link will be the same one used for the duration of the program
