With everything going on in the world, Yoga Mindfulness offers you an opportunity to disconnect and focus on channeling your emotions in a healthy and productive way. It’s also a great way to destress and see your friends over Zoom. You will even get a chance to win goodies every single class!

Our class is run by, Emily Day, who has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. Emily will be focusing on things that are affecting everyone right now, from stress and anxiety to how we can better prepare ourselves for the future. She has a passion for working with youth and cannot wait to meet each and every single one of you!
