STEAM Program

STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) program is for children and youth aged 6-13 years.  Thanks to our partners, we are now able to offer a free STEAM program in many of our After-School Programs.  Our Club Members will learn, build and create one NEW project per week.  The program will facilitate creative hands-on projects.  Each program is one hour and is based on the skill level of the age group.  We believe any help we can give our kids to ignite the passion for learning will be a benefit to their long term future goals.

At the Boys and Girls Club of Durham, our goal is to provide programming that gives children and youth the opportunity to engage in recreational programs to make new friends and most of all, to have fun!

If you are interested in learning more, volunteering or sponsoring a future STEAM program, please connect with our Resource Development Director at 905-728-5121 ext. 229.
