About Our After-School Program

Every year the Boys and Girls Club of Durham engages hundreds of young people in our safe, child friendly environment where every one of them can achieve their full potential. Our Club provides the key elements of community support that are essential for enabling healthy development and positive outcomes for children and youth.

After-School Programs run every school day starting September 3, 2019 and ending the last day of school in 2020. Healthy snacks are provided each day and programs will focus on physical activity, personal wellness, nutrition and offer a homework club. Participants will focus on leadership skills in addition to sports, games, computer lab, cooking class, drama, interactive challenges and much more.

Fun swims are offered for our club members at the Eastview Unit on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Thank You to The Ministry of Tourist, Culture & Sport for Funding our After School Programs!
