After-School Program Activity Leader
Status: Part-Time
Starting Wage: $16.55 – $17.50/hour

BGC Durham is looking for Program Activity Leaders to join our team! Program Activity Leaders (or PALs) provide leadership and supervision to children in the After-School Program. If you enjoy working with young people, planning and implementing programs, being a caring leader and ensuring our members have a safe and memorable experience, look no further.
Designated Support Staff – Afterschool Program
Status: Part-Time – 20 hours/week
Starting Wage: $17-19
Application Deadline: Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis until positions are filled-10 positions available
As a Dedicated Support Staff, you are here to have a positive impact on the lives of children and youth (ages 4-13) who require additional support. You create a nurturing and engaging environment by involving/integrating participants in a variety of interactive recreational and educational activities, all while ensuring their safety and well-being.
Program Coordinator – Afterschool & Out of School (PA Days, March Break, Winter Break)
Status: Full-time Contract (August 19, 2024-June 20, 2025)
Starting Wage: $20-$22/hour based on experience

This role is an active and integral part of the Leadership Team. You provide administration to the overall development, operation and evaluation of School Based in designated Durham Region communities. You ensure a high quality, cost effective, safe and stimulating program for our Club members. You adhere to the agency Mission and Core Values.
Site Lead-Afterschool Program
Status: Part-time – 25-30 hours per week
Starting Wage: $18-20/hour based on experience
Application Deadline: Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing until positions are filled- 16 positions available
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact this school year? We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Afterschool Program Site Leads to join our team and help create an enriching afterschool experience for children aged 4-13. You will support the delivery of high-quality afterschool programming. Your role will provide supervision and leadership to our Program Activity Leader to ensure every member makes friends, masters new skills, and fully engages in our activities.
