After-School Program Activity Leader
Status: Part-Time
Starting Wage: $16.55 – $17.50/hour

BGC Durham is looking for Program Activity Leaders to join our team! Program Activity Leaders (or PALs) provide leadership and supervision to children in the After-School Program. If you enjoy working with young people, planning and implementing programs, being a caring leader and ensuring our members have a safe and memorable experience, look no further.
Designated Support Staff – Afterschool Program
Status: Part-Time – 20 hours/week
Starting Wage: $17-19
Application Deadline: Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis until positions are filled-10 positions available
As a Dedicated Support Staff, you are here to have a positive impact on the lives of children and youth (ages 4-13) who require additional support. You create a nurturing and engaging environment by involving/integrating participants in a variety of interactive recreational and educational activities, all while ensuring their safety and well-being.
Housing First Worker
Status: 37.5 hours/week
Application Deadline: November 4, 2024
The Housing First for Youth Program takes a recovery-oriented approach to ending homelessness that centers on quickly moving people experiencing homelessness into independent and permanent housing and then providing additional support and services as needed. Housing First works on overall life stabilization starting with housing and then moving on to other identified goals between client and worker.
